You may browse the edmesh website without submitting any personal information. Under the following circumstances, you may submit personal information to us. This policy applies to the submission and use of such personal information.

  1. If you choose to contact us using the online form, you need to supply us with your name and e-mail address.  Any information you submit will remain with edmesh and will not be passed on to third parties.
  2. If you join online or donate money to edmesh, we use PayPal. Your transaction will be handled according to PayPal’s user agreement and privacy policy. Please ensure that you have read these first. PayPal supply us with the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • E-mail address
    • Telephone number

    Again, we will not pass on your personal information to third parties.

  3. If you become a member, edmesh will hold the information stated in (2) electronically.  We occasionally send e-mails to our members. If you do not wish to receive these, or if you object to your membership information being held electronically, please contact the membership secretary.
