edmesh library list

The library is a FREE service for all members. Items are sent out and returned by post. All postage costs are covered by edmesh. There is usually no time limit on borrowing, unless an item is requested by another member.

As with many conditions you will need to learn to manage your M.E. or CFS in the best way possible for you. This will involve learning and practising approaches like pacing to make best use of your energy. It is a good idea to keep a diary of symptoms and activities to help you see any patterns and pace what you are doing day by day.
